Both A/c and Non A/c are available (frankly speaking, air-conditioning is not required, as the place is airconditioned by Nature).  The open verandah, visitors’ lounge, NADUKKALAM (open space) etc. alongwith the traditional Kerala cuisine make a perfect blend of hospitality and ambience, for those who want to enjoy “the real Kerala Experience”.

Except for the hot and cold beverages, the meals are served in the Dining Room, with the hosts and guests.  This makes you fell RIGHT AT HOME.  The fact that one does not have to pull out credit cards, sign bills or leave tips after every meal, makes it truly personal and an unforgettable experience to cherish.

Visitors keen on getting a first-hand exposure to the enchanting charm of Kerala’s beauty, can feel the pulse of the RURAL SETTING close to the city, breathe its smells, hear its sounds and taste its goodness.  No buzzing of the metros, just virgin nature with plants and trees make the setting more idyllic and hunting.  Even the small road from the highway takes you amidst thick greenery, broken only by small houses, inhabited by honest and hardworking villagers, for whom life is “not a tale, told by an idiot, signifying nothing”.
