What I can coordinate for you

I act as your point of contact and coordinate trusted local partners, rather than operating as a rental company myself. Depending on your wishes, I can assist with coordinating:

  • professional presentation of your property (photos and description)
  • listing your property on suitable rental platforms
  • administrative handling of rentals
  • welcoming and assisting guests
  • a local point of contact during their stay
  • cleaning and maintenance
  • minor repairs and practical matters
  • additional services such as airport transfers or car rental (via partners)

I always discuss your preferences in advance, so the services match your situation and expectations.

No standard packages, but tailored solutions

Every property and every owner is different. That is why I do not work with fixed packages, but instead look at:

  • how often you wish to rent out your property
  • how involved you want to be yourself
  • which services are necessary
  • which costs are appropriate

This way, you maintain control over both your property and the return.

Renting property in Spain requires proper guidance

Renting and managing a property in Spain is largely a matter of trust. I am happy to help you make the right choices and connect you with reliable partners who speak Dutch, English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication at all times.

When renting out property in Spain, you must comply with legal requirements and licensing regulations. Official information about tourist rentals is provided by the Spanish government.

In addition, regional regulations apply. Official information for rental properties in Andalusia can be found via the regional government.

Rental income in Spain may be subject to taxation. Official and up-to-date information is available from the Spanish Tax Agency.

Frequently asked questions about rental and management in Spain

Do you handle the rental and management yourself?

No. I guide and coordinate the rental and management process and work with trusted local partners. This ensures everything is handled professionally without you needing to organise it yourself.

Can my property be managed even if I do not wish to rent it out?

Yes. Even if you do not want to rent (or only rent occasionally), I can assist with management, supervision and maintenance through reliable local partners.

Do the managers speak Dutch or English?

Yes. I only work with partners who speak Dutch, English and/or Spanish, so communication is always clear.

How much control do I have over the rental?

Full control. Together we decide how often the property is rented, when it is available and which services you wish to use.

Is renting property in Spain profitable?

That depends on the location, type of property and rental frequency. I discuss this honestly with you so you have realistic expectations regarding income and costs.
